LiftSense — Workout Logging App
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LiftSense mobile application (“the App”), operated by Joel Dubey (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
LiftSense is a workout-logging companion that lets you organize training locations, workouts, and exercises, log sets with weights and reps, use built-in rest timers, and review your history and progress over time. The App is available on iOS and Android; features, content, and availability may change as the App develops.
LiftSense is a logging and tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and assume all risk of injury arising from your training.
LiftSense does not require account creation, sign-in, or registration of any kind. All data you enter is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of the locations, workouts, exercises, sets, and photos you create or upload in the App (“Your Content”). Because this content is stored only on your device, we never receive a copy of it and have no ability to access, use, or restore it on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for backing up Your Content. LiftSense does not currently offer cloud backup, sync, or export. If you uninstall the App, clear its data, or lose your device, Your Content may be permanently and irrecoverably lost.
The built-in exercise catalog, illustrations, photos, and other content bundled with the App are provided for your personal use within the App and are the intellectual property of LiftSense and its creator. They may not be extracted, copied, redistributed, or used to train other products without our written permission.
LiftSense is free to download and lets you log your first 10 workouts at no cost. Unlimited logging requires a paid unlock, offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
The monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. A subscription renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period's end. You can view, manage, or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime unlock is a single payment and does not renew. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies.
LiftSense is free for your first 10 workouts, counted as a lifetime total — every workout you have ever finished counts towards it, and deleting past workouts does not restore free ones. Unlimited logging is $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year as an auto-renewing subscription, or $49.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase. These prices are confirmed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you are charged; they may vary by region and may change over time, and any change will be shown before it applies to you.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee against loss of Your Content given the App’s local-only storage model described above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any of its features, at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” below. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
